套間很大，酒店很舒服，我叫了房間送餐，食物也送得很快、味道不錯。 進進店需要安檢，安檢比較敷衍。 酒店位置表面上很好，但是酒店門口的大馬路設計有問題，過馬路非常困難。 早餐主要靠人工現場製作，做得不錯，但自助食物種類很少。

非常好的一次住宿體驗，雅加達四季酒店的性價比真的很不錯，房間很大，每日有贈送的水果，大堂有免費的咖啡和茶，服務人員也很親切，最欣賞是他的床舖，非常舒適，能保持四季這個品牌的水準！

房間比較舊， 花灑開關，一碰掉下來。 服務員英文帶有本地口音， 要重複講幾句才聽明白。 早餐餐廳面積比較少， 自助區選擇非常少，主菜需要單點。 這酒店是不接受取消和更改時間的， 如果行程沒定好，不建議預訂這間酒店， 非常難溝通。 唯一優點， 餐廳菜式不貴， 但味道一般。 一份200克牛扒， Rp495，000， 約RMB 219.0 需另加28% 稅和 酒店服務費。

Service was quite patchy as the pool closing hours all differs from the tv/app (10/1030pm), signboard (930pm) and staff (7pm). At the pool area, guests were offered a bowl of fruit but there's none offered to me. Also, the minibar area doesn't come with complimentary snacks as mentioned in their menu. Turndown service had to be requested instead of it automatically done. Apart from the negatives, the facilities and interior of the hotel was gorgeous. Rooms were suite like with living and a bedroom. Breakfast was good although missing items like crackers for the cheese board but was promptly adjusted by the staff after. Room service dinner, Milano Burger is not tasty but lunch, Nasi Goreng was nice with satay, prawn, sambal and bread offered.

服務是可以的 但是衞生真的不敢恭維了 本以為算是雅加達最好的酒店了 結果衞生死角真的太多太可怕了 甚至回到酒店發現了很多螞蟻 真的覺得不可思議 雖然最後酒店給換了房間 但是新房間的床單又有汙漬 還有指甲 真的無語了 不會再入住了
